EXILE FILMS has over 30 years experience bringing LINE PRODUCTION to New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. Exile's Executive Producer Ian Gibbons, one of New Zealand’s most experienced and respected producers, has run his own production companies since 1980 producing over 2000 commercials for local and international companies. In 2002 he was awarded the prestigious New Zealand Axis 'Industry Excellence' award for his contribution to the Advertising Industry.

Ian will personally take care of your project and ensure you have an inclusive, professional and calm experience....on budget.  A comprehensive production and accounting wrap is provided post shoot.

FACILITIES

EXILE is located in a spacious, comfortable building in the Victoria Park Precinct of central Auckland.  A walk to the waterfront, hotel, restaurants, cafes and shopping areas of the central city and Ponsonby. 

New Zealand has proven itself to have one of the finest filmmaking industries in the world. Our crews, equipment, production and post production facilities reflect these standards at the highest levels. Exile contracts the most highly experienced technicians, art department and production personnel and will build the team to suit your particular production.

LOCATIONS

New Zealand has a great diversity of locations which can represent most countries and landscapes. The distance to locations is small due to the physical size of the country and the geography ranges from mountains, rivers, lakes, gorges, glaciers and volcanoes to golden beaches, fiords, sounds, clear waters, thermal activity, hot springs, mud pools rolling pastures and thick native bush.

The climate ranges from temperate in the South to sub tropical in the North.
